Public Notices
What are Public Notices?
A public notice is a form of notice given to the public regarding certain types of legal proceedings.
This is the publication and storage of your recorded documents.
We are creating a public record (in other words a form of history) of actions and steps taken that affects the status of the living man or women in the international jurisdiction as well as the land and soil jurisdiction.
These notices serve to inform the public, in our case, mainly of our corrected status through the use of a Praecipe.
We make use of our Recording Secretaries to update these records. Should you have any questions or need assistance with your Public Notice, please feel free to reach out to them. They can be contacted via the following email: recordings@tsasa.africa
Under our Public Notice Section we have 4 main areas for recording of public notices
These include:
Public Notice of Praecipe
Public Notice of Death
Public Notice of Birth
